we offer various movement and mindfulness classes + dynamic programming centered around wellness.

our daily classes focus on restorative modalities that allow you to drop into your body in meaningful and sustainable ways, think: meditation, yoga, breathwork, and sound healing.

we know wellness spaces can be intimidating; our classes are designed to be warm, welcoming, fun, and appropriate for all levels.

all identities, all bodies, and all budgets deserve access to well-being; all our drop-in classes are pay-what-you’re-able. we believe that we heal in and with community, and that communal support can sustain our space.
