  • we’re a wellness studio and community gathering space, with all offerings united under a common thread of well-being.

  • our naming convention keeps it simple, but each teacher comes from a different background and holds space in a unique way. we encourage you to read our teacher bios or to try a handful of classes to see what resonates best with you.

    our classes integrate multiple styles of yoga and lineages of meditation, and are designed to be open to all skill levels with modifications provided for all bodies. beginners to experts welcome.

  • great! our classes are designed to be inclusive of all levels, and offer simple instruction in an accessible way. our teachers are here to help guide you and can answer any questions you may have.

  • all parking is street parking. there’s typically spots on the block surrounding, but give yourself enough time to do a lap or two, just in case.

  • all booking happens through our platform, union. if a class is full, you’re able to sign up for our waitlist. you’ll be notified by a text if something opens up, but so will everybody else on the waitlist – so hop to it if you want to join!

  • given that we’re a small business, your commitment to showing up allows us to continue providing offerings and programming that we believe in.

    we ask that if you sign up for a class, you must cancel at least four hours prior in order to keep your class credit. no-shows will be charged. workshops + events require 24 hours notice, and will be given a credit for a future booking (no refunds).

    we understand that shit happens. contact the studio with any scheduling emergencies and we’ll do our best to accommodate / find a solution that feels mutually appropriate.

  • we will do anything within our power to provide accommodations for those who may need them; if you have accessibility requests or concerns, please reach out with details and our team will get back to you.

  • signing up online is not required, but is recommended -- all offerings are first come, first-served. doors typically open 15 minutes prior to any given class or workshop. we ask you to please make your best effort to arrive on-time -- we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals.

  • depends on the class! mats + cushions + props are provided free of charge, though you’re welcome to use your own. if workshops request that you bring additional materials, it’ll be communicated in your confirmation email.

  • whatever you’re comfortable sitting and moving in.

  • unfortunately not at this time. we’d love + hope to provide childcare at some point; please stay tuned.
