refund & cancelation policy

all sales are final on drop-in class credits + class packs. if you sign up for a drop-in class, you must cancel at least six hours prior on union in order to keep your class credit.

we cannot accommodate refunds or credits for cancellations to workshops + special events.

arrival policy

studio doors open 15 minutes before class start time. you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.

doors get locked 5 minutes after class start time to minimize disruption — please note: we cannot accommodate later arrivals out of respect for the experience of all students.

pricing policy

we believe well-being is for everybody! in service of the creation of a more equitable world, our pricing policy is often flexible. there are a few different pricing structures we regularly utilize.

[1] pay-what-you-can pricing:

for our weekly drop-in classes (yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing) our suggested prices are a guideline, and you're free to pay-what-you-can based on your financial reality.

some pay more, some pay less, and all of us get access to what we need.

[2] special event pricing:

for our one-off programming, including all workshops + special events, tickets are offered at a fixed rate to ensure we can adequately compensate our guest facilitators + staff.
